Arcadier powers authorised center marketplace for top electronics retailer in Philippines, Abenson

Singapore, 25th January 2021 — Arcadier, the world’s leading online marketplace builder, is proud to power Smile Serve, the authorised service marketplace center for appliance and gadget retailer Abenson. With a history of 50 years, Abenson is the largest distributor of consumer home appliances and gadgets in the Philippines with over 120 stores nationwide.
Although there were already many third-party service-based marketplaces in the country, Abenson found that none provided a quality assurance that was on the level that they could provide as a trusted brand. Recognising this, Abenson approached Arcadier to build a centralised marketplace platform for all their authorised service centers to list under a single credible brand name, Smile Serve, the brand of their authorised service centers. Within 3 to 4 months, the Smile Serve platform was ready to be deployed.
Launched December last year, Smile Serve is focused on providing customer support and after sales services for all of Abenson’s appliances. With Smile Serve, Abenson’s customers are now able to seamlessly access installation, repair, and cleaning services from authorised centers via one easy-to-use platform.
Arcadier Enterprise powers Smile Serve’s underlying e-commerce platform with its renowned scalable marketplace architecture and robust APIs that allow the creation of service and retail marketplaces, along with third-party integrations respectively.
