Onward to 2021: A Review of Arcadier’s Online Marketplace Business and New Partnerships in 2020

As the year comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your unwavering support and trust in us. We are extremely grateful.
Despite disruption from the pandemic, we at Arcadier have remained committed to service quality. Here are some of our key highlights from 2020.
Business Highlights:
- We doubled our monthly marketplace sign-ups for DIY SaaS Marketplace solutions from users in more than 180 countries around the world.
- Our Arcadier Enterprise Marketplace solution client pipeline continues to grow at an accelerated place with a significant number of successful launches. These include Singapore’s Suntec City Mall’s eMall & their livestream event, and major electronics retailer in the Philippines, Abenson’s Service Centres marketplace.
- We forged a number of major Expert Partnerships relationships, greatly expanding the possible scope of projects and customisations available to our clients. These partners include Rangle, Towa, Andersen Labs, Updivision & other valued partners.
- We have also been able to expand our ecosystem of affiliate partners and welcome Avalara, Rapyd, Simulocity, Vopay and Tripartite to the Arcadier family.
- Finally, we partnered with Sovereign Sustainability & Development (SSD), the convener and secretariat of the G20 Health and Development Partnership, to form UHC-DM Partnerships (Universal Health Coverage — Digital Marketplace), and to help achieve targets under the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Communities & Technology Highlights:
- We responded to the pandemic the best way we could, and did our part by providing the free use of our solution for marketplace initiatives in support of local communities and other COVID-19 assistance related marketplaces.
- Using our technology for good, we created MedSourceHub (MSH), a centralised B2B marketplace platform to facilitate the sourcing and distribution of COVID-19 related medical supplies.
- In technology, we launched our completely headless and modular marketplace capability for our Arcadier Enterprise clients for complete extensibility and customisation.
- In addition, we have introduced SDKs (Software Development Kits), Web Hooks and Event Triggers to our growing arsenal of developer tool kits within the Developer Resource Centre, providing greater customisation capabilities for our users.
These are but a few key highlights from our year. We look forward to a more promising, positive and safer year ahead for everyone.
